Call out fee (Includes 45 minutes of service) $120
Per hour $120
Per half an hour $60
Per 15 minutes $30
Repeat visits for jobs 1hr + will not incur a call out fee and will be charged out at standard rates

Windows Operating System Installation $240
Hard Drive clone & backup onsite (120GB or less) $160
Hard drive clone & backup offsite $160
Virus/Spyware removal $160
Data Recovery 2.5inch/3.5inch Hard Drive offsite $220

Remote Support & Phone Support

Remote support and troubleshooting phone calls will be charged in 15 minute blocks.
   
Connection fee (Includes 30 minutes) $60
Per 15 minutes $25
Per half an hour $50
 

10% Student Discounts

Student discounts apply to valid Queensland Universities, TAFES and School ID Cards. 10% discount only applies to labour.
 

10% Pensioner Discounts

Pensioner discounts only apply to valid pensioner cards and consession cards. 10% discount only applies to labour.
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.) $90 call out fee includes 30 minutes of services free. Standard charges will apply after the first 30 minutes.


2.) Timed travel chagres (to and from site) will apply to out of regions specified. First 30 minutes is free.


3.) Most items are stocked, required parts and accessories will be ordered as needed. 50% deposit will be required before items are ordered.
